Chay has an infatuation with Alternative Housing, multi-residential and waterfront property.
She started her career in Real Estate in February of 2016. With dedication she loves to assist Buyers and Investors in locating Passive, Container and Adaptive Reuse Housing. Chay is very ambitious and believes in continuous education. With a quick start in 2016 as a Real Estate Sales Representative, to furthering her education as a Real Estate Broker and completing two other designations in 2019. Now Chay has also obtained a Law degree as a Law Clerk with intents to specialize in Real Estate Law. When not advancing herself, she loves to spend time with her two adored children, teaching them about geography and law. Chay is a great edition to the Queensway family and would like to extend an invite to all to come experience the difference.
